Neutrality

Neutrality rules (non-negotiable, published on the site):

1. Rankings come only from the scoring method in this spec. Money never changes order, score or default selection.
2. Unverified platforms still appear, built from public pricing, marked "unverified".
3. Sponsored playbooks, credits and offers are visibly labeled "Sponsored" and sit beside results, never inside them.
4. Referrals happen only when a builder clicks "connect me". No trace data, repo content or workload detail is shared without that consent.
5. Market reports are aggregate and anonymized; minimum cohort size before any figure is published.
6. A public changelog records every data correction and who supplied it.

Phase 1 has no sponsored placements. There is no connect-me button and no market report yet, so those rules have nothing to attach to.
